Convenient & Combined monthly bills

To make your life easier to manage Momentum Energy can organize one consolidated monthly or quarterly bill. This bill may cover your Business and Residential or your numerous Business accounts.

Maintain Existing Benefits - No risk to concessions or rebates

If you are currently entitled to a state government concession you will continue to receive that concession after your switch to us along with any network tariff rebate.

It's easy to switch - you don't have to do a thing

  1. Just tell us you would like to switch your electricity to Momentum Energy.
  2. We will make all the arrangements with your previous electricity supplier for your switch.
  3. We will contact you to confirm your switch to us.
  4. You will receive a final invoice from your old supplier and from then on we will send you a bill each month for the electricity that you use. (Because electricity meters are read at separate times they will be transferred to us on different dates.)

No Connection Fees As long as there is an active electricity supply at the property, there are no connection fees
No Bond Subject to meeting our credit criteria, Momentum Energy does not require a bond when customers switch to Momentum Energy.
Meter Read Meter Reads will continue as they currently are. Large proportions of customers have there meters read each quarter.
